I do a li'l bit of bar-tending, baristing, broadcasting, programming, producing, aaand just about anything else that my "learn-while-doing" approach to life wills for me.
Buuut that's honestly a mouthful to say, so we'll stick with my slogan for a brief idea of what I'm all about. If you're interested in more of my yapping, feel free to read on. 😊
Thanks, whimsical brain, and you, for stopping by!
Technomancer.
Not the term's first inception, but I've gotta throw my hat out to Sylviaire for the "official" dubbing, saying [I] weave life's code between [my] fingers in this World of cold calculations
. If it wasn't for her creative cooking, it wouldn't have stuck! 😂
Since the age of 10, I started programming using applications and controllers, notably Scratch and Millenium 3. I then applied these concepts into coding languages and ecosystems, most notably Java and more recently Web Development & Design (HTML, CSS and JS).
Following a couple charity fundraising events under Pseudo Dopamine and in close association with Asura, I've also brought my programming experience through to broadcast production, usually operating OBS Studio and implementing additional infrastructure if required.
NGHT-RDR.
To go Beyond Vision is to see every detail.
To master Celestial Dissonance is to be at peace.
To complete the Icarus Journey is to immolate your heart with dreams, and fly forward into the unknown.
To me, Night-riding isn't "inciting violence" for thrills, nor is it "seeking revenge" for wrong-doings; it's an interface to visualise the World in a focussed manner; a lifetime's worth of self-evaluation and improvement to be more than what limits define.
All of these ideals are woven into every element of my core branding and the works beyond; The silent voice of NGHT-RDR as the Until 25 type-face; the accent which glitches the tail-end of S; and a hand-picked instance of NGHT-VSN, a translation of the World beyond, applied onto full-body works.
Gamer.
Games aren't just a hobby; they're a culmination of compulsive planning, hours of programming, captivating music, and possibly much more; a unique blend of technical precision, human talent and natural beauty that, if well executed, has the potential to immerse someone in a completely different experience.
I've always wanted to be a part of a group which uses games as a way to not only showcase themselves but benefit the wider World around them. I'm proud to be the Chief Technical Officer of Pseudo Dopamine; A friendly community of content creatives, technology enthusiasts, and above all, gamers.
